Kelly.-- The many friends of this gentleman throughout the entire State, will be pained to learn of his death, which occurred at his residence in Callaway County. For many years Col. Kelly, represented Holt County, and two years ago he ran on the ticket with Col. Benton for Lt. Governor, since which time he has lived in retirement upon his farm in Callaway county. His remains arrived in this city last evening and will be taken to Holt county for interment.
