A daughter of William Jasper and Sarah Kelly-Watkins, she was born in Huntsville. She leaves two sisters and two brothers, Mattie B. Watkins, with whom she resided, Mrs. John Leicht of Dayton, Kelly M. Watkins of Huntsville and Ray E. Watkins of Dayton. Funeral services were held on December 2 in Dayton. Burial with committal services was in West Liberty - Fairview Cemetery.
